Do you offer discounts?We offer discounted rates to loyal, returning retreat participants and occasionally, we will offer an early bird discount if you book more than four months before the retreat start date

Is it ok to travel alone?YES!! Attending a Samadhi retreat solo is a great way to meet like-minded people, truly focus on your wellbeing, and experiencing a mix of wellness, travel and adventure. Most of our participants attend our retreats solo, so you’ll be in great company!

What immunizations/vaccines and and paperwork do I need to travel?We will provide you with the necessary information regarding the needed documentation to travel in our welcome pack. However, each participant is responsible for obtaining the proper documentation to travel, as well the right immunizations. Please check with your health care practitioner and nearest travel clinic for the most up to date requirements

How many people attend each retreat?Samadhi’s Retreats are kept small and intimate to ensure each one of our participants get personalized attention and their needs met. Our retreats are generally 15-25 people and all of our retreats are under 35 people. Our aim is to provide personalized experiences where everyone can interact and became part of the Samadhi’s Retreats family. A benefit of retreating with Samadhi’s Retreats is the friendships formed out of each retreat and we attribute this to our small and personalized groups.

Do I need yoga or fitness experience to go on a retreat?The program is designed to meet you where you are in your journey and allow you to work with your body and mind as it is. It requires no experience in yoga or meditation, nor it requires you to be a fitness buff.

What’s included in the retreat fee?Our retreats are designed to be a complete, worry-free retreat experience. Our retreats generally include 3 freshly prepared meals per day, 2-3 excursions/activities per retreat, daily yoga, fitness, workshops and an on-site Host dedicated to creating a one of kind retreat. Please refer to each retreat to view all inclusions.

What is the schedule like? Do we have a lot of free time? Do I have time to explore the town on my own?Our retreats are a healthy mix of scheduled activities and free time. We generally have two wellness classes a day – Yoga in the morning and an fitness class (HIIT, Yoga-Fusion, Cardio) in the afternoon. There are planned activities during the day that you can take part in or simply create your own agenda and explore town or stay and relax at the host property. Please refer to the individual retreat webpages for a more detailed schedule of events for each specific retreat.

What is the food like?You will be treated to three delicious, health-forward meals from Michelin-Star rated chefs, freshly prepared with locally sourced produce, fish and meats. Specific cuisine information is provided on the individual retreat page. Upon signing up for a retreat, you can select from vegan, gluten-free, vegetarian or a meat options. When do I receive the trip details?Upon signing up for your retreat you will get a confirmation email confirming your spot on the retreat. We send out detailed paperwork no later than 3-4 weeks in advance of our retreats.

Is transport to the retreat center included?We aim to provide a hassle-free experience and include transportation whenever possible. Please refer to the “What’s Included” section of the retreat website you are looking into or email Lola at lola@samadhihealth.com

What should I bring?We will send you a detailed packing list in our welcome pack, but generally you should bring the following on every retreat: yoga mat, yoga clothes, walking shoes, sunscreen, sunglasses, flashlight or headlamp, book, journal, water bottle and bug spray. We suggest packing light and leaving any valuables at home.

What is the currency? How much money do I need?Please refer to the detailed trip paperwork for details on currency. We generally advise guests to travel with no more than $300 in cash. Many of our locations accept dollars, but you will get a better rate if you pay in the local currency. We suggest changing a small amount at the airport into local currency.

Do I need to tip? Are gratuities included?Gratuities are typically included on most trips. Please see the individual retreat pages and “what’s included” to see if gratuities are included. On the occasion that gratuities are not included for support staff (cleaning staff, wait-staff, etc) suggested gratuities are $5-10 USD per night at your discretion and can be given directly to the hotel staff.

Should I purchase travel insurance?Samadhi’s Retreats STRONGLY advises each retreat attendee purchase individual travel insurance for their trip. We suggest that you include “cancel for any reason” with your policy and include medical coverage. Please refer to our Trip Insurance information page for more details.

Can I come a few days early and stay late?Coming early or extending your stay is a great way to make your retreat experience last longer. We will be happy to help you in booking additional nights, or you may book directly with the retreat center/hotel.

Is my retreat refundable? What is the cancellation policy?If you wish to cancel your retreat you must notify Samadhi’s Retreats in writing by contacting Lola at lola@samadhihealth.com Once we have received your notice, cancellation will be subject to our Policies.

Do you offer a payment plan?The retreat is paid in two installments: 1) a $500 deposit to secure your spot 2) the remaining balance 2-months before the retreat. If you book within 2-months to the retreat start date, the total retreat balance is due at the time of booking.
